F- Select things
Q - Options
Space (PRESS) - Play song from current position/Stop song
Space (HOLD) - Play song from start

(WHILE NOTE SELECTED)
W/S - Pitch Note Up/Down a Semitone
A/D - Pitch Note Up/Down an Octave
F - Confirm Note
Q - Deselect Note

"---" is an empty note. "VVV" means hold the currently playing note. Everything else is note + octave.
